She is friendly but really professional. I was doubtful at the start after other disappointing experiences at other various English courses, but just after the first lesson with Nicole I knew that I will benefit from her type of structure of the lessons and her dedication to the students. My main focus was on my writing skills and just after a few lessons people at work started noticing a difference.
